ORDERING & PAYMENT
How to Place an Order?When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "shopping bag" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "checkout" to finish your order.

Will I Be Charged Tax?We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries within the state of California only. The tax rate (9.250%) will be applied to your order before shipping and handling charges.
How Will I Know That My Order Was Accepted?After you click "Confirm Purchase" an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address which you entered on your order form.
Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?Once you have submitted your order, and during the order processing and fulfillment time frame, we are able to cancel your order. Please email us @ customerservice@charcoalcarvingart.com as soon as possible to notify us of your cancellation. Once an order has been shipped we are no longer able to cancel an order.
How Do I Check My Order Status?You can check the status of your order by clicking on "Order Status" or "My Account" in the top navigation bar. Sign in to access your account by entering your email and password. Then, click on "view and track my recent orders". Click on an order number to view the entire order. If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track the status of your package. In general, you can expect to receive your package in approximately three to five business days from the date the package shipped.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
How Will My Order Be Shipped?Most orders will be shipped out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders generally arrive within 7 business days.
How Much Will I Be Charged For Shipping and Handling?Shipping and handling will be charged according to the merchandise total and delivery address. Click here to view the rate chart.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges PolicyWe will accept merchandise for return or exchange that was purchased from charcoalcarvingart.com within 30 days of receipt. All merchandise for return must have its original transparent wrapping. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping merchandise back to us. A return or exchange must be reported within 7 days upon receiving the order. We will refuse shipments that are returned back to us without RMA numbers. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number (NO EXCEPTIONS). To obtain an RMA number, please email us at customerservice@charcoalcarvingart.com. Once an RMA number is given, pack all items in a secure carton (or reuse the original packaging) and enclose the packing slip. All returns must be sent via a prepaid method (trackable shipment is recommended) to our returns facility. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.
